"Excellent location, small but cosy property. It’s a walkable distance from promenade and old town. Nice Ville station is at 12 mins walk. Many eating joints are around corner and in evening melodious piano / violins are played and can be heard and seen from property."

"The flat is small but very cosy. It is also clean and the location is great as it is in the city centre. The host responded almost immediately, therefore it was easy to book the flat and discuss the details of the stay. The key was given to us in person. We could even do the check in a bit earlier, which was great because we had arrived early in the morning. We could talk to the host in English and find out how to use the equipment in the flat. We are very satisfied."

"Since the flat is in the city centre and it is Nice (a city which doesn't sleep at night), it was quite noisy even though the windows were closed. Also, there is no air conditioner. But it wasn't a problem for us because it wasn't so hot."
